The fees of JNTUA College of Engineering, Kalikiri and Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur will be less as compared to Maharaja Vinayaram Ganapathi Raj College of Engineering. Because MVGR is run private and other two are run by government. All colleges have basic requirement and good faculty. JNTU have less accreditations compared to other 2. So you can decide based on these things.
