Hello Aspirant,
The type of exam should you give depends on the University you're looking for and also the course.
SAT or ACT is basically for Undergraduate courses while GRE and GMAT is for Postgraduate courses. TOEFL and IELTS are basically English Proficiency tests. They are given by the candidates whose native language is not English, it too varies according to the university. Every university has it's different criteria but if you're looking for Undergraduate course then you should give SAT as it is accepted by many universities and the language exam based on what the university is accepting.

(c)Describe issues emerges in enforcement of national environmental legislations. (d)what is environmental ethics?why do we need a set of for the environmental? Explain
Hello!!!!
a) The process of dumping waste materials on a barren plot of land after compressing it is commonly known as landfilling. It is one of the most common methods of waste disposal. The purpose of a landfill is to bury the trash in such a way that it will be isolated from groundwater, will be kept dry and will not be in contact with air. Under these conditions, trash will not decompose much.
b) ACID RAIN: The Acid rain is a rain which is slightly acidic in nature . The PH of this rain is slightly acidic. The PH of acidic rain is 5.5 - 5.6.This is usually due to the Air pollution, burning fossil fuels, ozone layer depletion,e.t.c.
The effects due to acid rain :
- Asthma
- Burning sensations
- global warming
- ozone layer depletion
- uneven rainfall
- disturbance in aquatic life
- effects on forest
- effect on soil and agriculture
- effect on public health e.t.c,.
C) The most important issues that are associated with the enforcement of Environmental legislation in India includesThe polluter-pays principle, Freedom of information and the precautionary principle.
Now a days the environment that we survive is highly polluted.
The process of deforestation continues and the wild life is not protected properly even with the enforcement of many laws.
It does not mean that enforcing laws eradicate many problems.
There are still more problems that are related to the pollution of water, soil and resources of earth that are considered to be valuable.
It is very essential for the environmental legislation to take actions to overview whether laws are enforced properly.
If any one violates any of the laws strict actions must be taken by them against their acts.
D)Environmental Ethics means the moral relationship between human beings and environment.Environmental Ethics is about the how the human being is to protect the environment and atmosphere.Environment ethics teaches us how to decrease the environmental problems .It teaches us the moral values towards the environment.
Environmental Ethics are very much useful for the human beings because through this we are able to know about the future consequences which will arise in the environment if we are irresponsible.
HOPE IT HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!

I belong to Telangana state, I got my MBBS seat in 2013 and completed in Tirupati Andhra pradesh in NON LOCAL CATEGORY (state bifurcation act) and completed my internship in Hyderabad. My question is which state am I eligible for PG Counselling.I got ranks in both states 719 Telangana and 952 in AP.
Hi,
Well the domicile depends on you doing your class 12th education from a state or having permanent residency of a state. Sometimes a student is able to take the benefit of both the states and hence if you qualify the domicile requirements then you too can take the benefit of bothe the state quota counseling.
I hope my answer helps.
All the best.
in sat and act which is easy and beneficial? ?
In sense of the difficulty level ACT exam is much stronger , because the science and mathematics portion asked in the exam is of high level while in SAT exam it is not so,
For the beneficial point of view SAT exam is much weight full than ACT exam.
So you can choose accordingly.
Best of luck.
