Hello
Admission requirements for acting programmes are similar to those for most other undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. To be considered for admission, candidates must meet the requirements.
For Acting Courses at the Undergraduate Level
Completion of a 10+2 exam from an Indian board with a related discipline as a major. Candidates interested in taking an acting course must have received a minimum of 45 percent on their 12th board test.
Courses in Acting for Postgraduates
Completion of an undergraduate degree in a related field from a recognised Indian institution. Candidates seeking admission to a postgraduate acting programme must have received a minimum of 45 percent in their undergraduate degree tests.

how can i start my acting career after completing 12th
Hello
After 12th grade, you can pursue a bachelor's degree in acting to pursue a career as an actor or theatrical artist. Candidates with a creative domain who want to work in the performing arts and theatre can enroll in these courses to get a specialist degree in these fields. Acting is a three-year bachelor's degree programme. BA in Acting is the most popular bachelor's degree programme.
Merit-based admissions are made at the undergraduate level. Some institutions, on the other hand, use auditions as an entrance test to admit students to these programmes. Students in bachelor's programmes are given a specified framework with regular classroom sessions and field activities. Furthermore, some practical experience boosts numerous skill sets necessary for an Acting and Dramatics profession. After 12th grade, students who want to pursue a normal acting course with full-time classroom studies should get a Bachelor's degree.
If an applicant has certain additional skill sets before enrolling in a course, that course will be more beneficial and instructive. Extra work and completing out-of-the-box courses improve not just your CV, but also your chances of landing a job in a variety of jobs. Acting classes after 12th build a foundation for aspirants who want to work in the media sector and help them acquire the necessary abilities for a professional position. Many abilities are required in any media field for acting professions, and while they may appear to be general, they are regarded vital.
The following are some of the abilities that an employer looks for when employing someone who has completed acting classes:-
Expressions using voice modulation
VFX or sound
Dialogue Delivery Diction Cinematography
Screenplay
Story/content creation
The abilities described above are either inherent or learned through practise. There are a few courses that provide a good foundation in specialised talents; nevertheless, the majority of them are learned when studying any acting course after 12th grade.
Hope this helps
