Does ITC pefer candidate who are pursuing the agri business management.
Hello Aspirant,
Actually not, ITC is definitely a FMCG company which is agri-business centric but it does not means that it would only hire candidates from agri-business field. Before being the No. 1 FMCG company, it is also a company that requires multiple staff support for different roles like for any company marketing is the primary goals so here comes the demand of good sales person, marketing expert not necessarily from agri-business background, then comes the communication part which demands good HR manager, Public Relation manager. Moreover the company is definitely focused on offline marketing but they are now in most of the online marketplaces, also they have their own website so they need a software engineering as well.
For production unit, they do require agri-business experts because that is the core part for ITC, their products through which they are generating revenue.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
