The short answer would be no. If you have completed a B.Sc. in Microbiology, then doing an M.Sc. in Agriculture in Agronomy is usually not allowed in most universities. For studying M.Sc. Agriculture in Agronomy, it generally requires a B.Sc. Agriculture or another agriculture-related degree.
