All the best!!
if I fail in physics and pass in other 5 subjects in AHSEC will I be pass in AHSEC please reply my anxiety is getting worse
Hi Aspirant,
In the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, you need to score at least 30% of the total marks in a written paper to be considered as Pass in that subject. If the subject has Practicals, you need to score at least 30% in the written paper and at least 40% in the practicals.
With that in mind, you need to pass in every paper. If you fail in even one, you will not be considered as Pass.
I got 75 percentage in Higher secondary from Ahsec board with PCB as the main subjects alongwith English and alternative English. I have registered myself for integrated M.Sc in Biotech. Will i get selected in Tezpur University??
Hello student
This year due to the pandemic, Tezpur University conducts the admission process based on marks in the qualified examination. The cutoff for selecting the candidates varies depending on the students applied, the marks etc.For more details you can refer the following link

I have qualified in five subjects (including Physics, Maths, and Biology) and therefore passed 10+2 from AHSEC (Assam State Board) in 2020 but I failed in Chemistry and therefore will be reappearing in all the subjects in 2021 to qualify for JEE. Will my improved Chemistry marks be valid?
Once after giving the improvement exam you only need to check weather you are scoring a minimum of 75 % in PCM or not.
If yes then you can definitely give JEE exam.
There is a need of certificate only at time of councelling . So there is no need to worry.
Best of luck and prepare hard .
I hope this helps.
Regards
Madhur
Hi, I score 62% in 12th under AHSEC board will i get the admission . My name will come in the merit list or waiting list . Plzzz replyy
Hello,
It completely depends on the number of students applying in the college and the percentage they have scored at HSC level. If there are a number students who have scored more than you, you will have the chances of coming in the waiting list. If luckily the number of students applying for the particular course are less and percentage scored by them is less or equivalent to yours, your name might appear in the merit list.
Hope this helps!
All the best!
Is there any changes in class 12 biology under AHSEC board
No changes announced in class 12biology under AHSEC board. The link for the syllabus is attached below
do ahsec rank holders get free seats in engineering and medical colleges without entrance exams?
Hey Angshu
For a seat in medical college in Assam one has to give entrance test as based on the NEET marks, the admission to 900 MBBS and 40 BDS seats will be allotted in the six medical and one dental college of Assam. As for engineering in government engineering colleges ASSAM DTE will be inviting the applications for the state-level engineering entrance exam. So you have to give the entrance exam to get a seat for government college however you can get a seat in private college without entrance test.

Thank you
I passed 12th board exam from AHSEC , with a mark of 70% in the year 2019 but mathematics was my fourth subject and i scored only 33 marks in mathematics , will i be considered to be an eligible candidate to appear in CEE exam 2020?
If this is regarding Assam CEE, according to the eligibility criteria https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/assam-cee-eligibility-criteria , you should have passed your 12th or equivalent examination individually in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English without any grace marks. You should have appeared for all subjects in the examinations. And a Candidate belonging to General Category should secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. It is 45% for SC Category and 40% for ST Category. Now in your case, it is not clear whether 33 marks can be considered pass. If yes, then you are eligible for CEE provided you are not less than 17 years as on August 1st 2020 and you are not above 21 years.
