I have 1341 rank in MET 2021 will i get AICTE scholarship at MIT Manipal.If yes then which branch will i get.

Yes, you get many course as per your rank . The cutoff is changed every years , as per how many people apply for MET .

should i maintan a CGPA of 8 to continue my AICTE scholarship in manipal for 4 years?

Hello,
Actually the scholarship is provided to you in the basis of minimum of 75% marks. So after each year you got your marksheet of the two semester you have the turn to review the application to maintain the same category as you did in first time. So it is necessary to maintain the 75% marks. If you able to gain over it then it is good.
