Hello, mene Aiims ke form me Domicile no nhi fill Kiya Hain isse koi problem to nhi Hain vo number counseling ke time fill ho jaega .

There is no role of your domicile state in aiims examination or counselling because aiims counselling is purely based on your marks so no worries.

The 2019 AIIMS Cut off as per category are as follows,
General :52 Score : 99.9829207
OBC: 5,590Score : 98.0550008
SC: 1,143Score : 99.6061463
ST: 4,478Score : 98.4429374
So if you qualify the cut off them you would surely get Medical seat this year.
