Yes diploma hodler can join a course by writinf jee but you mains results wont be declared and if you qualify you will be given chance to write jee aadvanced and if you qualify you get get admission in IIT but you cant get into NIT because your mains results wont be given.

To being an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer firstly candidate pursue Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course.
