Usually the NEET Cutoffs reach upto 590 for AMU , but this year they are expected to reach upto 600. So , your chances seem very less to get admission in AMU .

There are hundreds of courses in aligarh muslim university and each courses has its own entrance exams and separate cutoffs . So whether you qualify or not depends completely upon the course you are talking about . Most popular courses are bsc and btech .Yes you can get admissions in bsc at this marks but you can't in btech .I doesn't have much idea about other courses so it would be better to mention your course in which you have given your entrance exam .

According to your score, it will be very difficult to get into AMU Aligarh. Previous years cutoffs For external candidates (those who have not passed 12th intermediate or equivalent exam from AMU) cut off (for admission in MBBS in AMU) should be MORE THAN 600.
For internal candidates ( those who have passed 12th from AMU within last 3 years). Cut off score for admission in MBBS in AMU should be around 560–575.
· There is no other reservation quota in AMU, other than internal & external in the MBBS course.

It is important for the student to clear this examination with a good score at the undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Eligibility And Qualification-
The student must be minimum 17 years old and he/she must be a citizen of India and it is necessary for the student to have an Aadhar card and another important document.
The student must have 50% of marks in class 12th.
The applicant must have Physics, chemistry, and biology in his class 12th and Biology is an important subject for the medical and dental program.
He/she should pass his class 12th from a recognized school or board in the state or in another part of the country.
The last year cutoff for BDS was around 500-600 marks to get a seat in government medical college.
