I registered for aiims November 2018 now do I need to apply basic registration for November 2019 session
Even if you have registered for Aiims 2018 but if you did not get through any of the colleges during its counselling procedure, then you must again register yourself for Aiims November 2019 session. The earlier registration is not carried forward to the successive registration. You must carry all the procedures anew.

Well deported means that a international student is sent back to his or her country if found involved in any kind of malpractice.
Rusticated means a student studying in his or her own country, if found involved in any kind of malpractice then is rusticated from the college.
Yours issue won't fall under any of this category.

When will registration for November aiims pg 2019 start!?
The confirmed dates have not been released yet nut most probably the basic registrations will begin in August 2019 and continue till September 2019. After the prospects and tentative seat positions have been released in the first few days of October, the actual registration will begin in October itself. It is compulsory to submit the documents by October as the admit cards will be given in November.

The result of AIIMS MBBS 2019 was declared on 19th June 2019. The AIIMS declared the result in the form of pdf which is containing the roll number, caste, rank and percentile. On the basis of the score candidates are being called for the counselling. Check the below link for AIIMS result.

Well,yes you can apply for AIIMS PG after having completed your MBBS from any Medical College recognised by Medical Council of India. The minimum eligibility criteria requires you to score 55 percent marks in MBBS and for SC/ST it is 50 percent marks.
And the applying candidates must have completed their 12 months internship.
You will have to appear for the entrance examination conducted by AIIMS and after qualifying it you would be able study in AIIMS for your postgraduation.

You need to clear the particular subject in which you were failed , because it is mandatory to pass the MBBS course with a minimum percentage , which is different for reserved and non-reserved category. The general and OBC category candidates are required to score atleast 55% aggregate marks in MBBS , SC/ST candidates are required to score minimum 50% aggregate marks.
So , you need to pass the subject and score minimum percentage to be eligible for AIIMS PG.

Is there EWS category for aiims MD/MS or MDS in july session..?? It is not included in the seat matrix?? Seat increased or not due to EWS?
Since ews is a new catagory, many colleges have not yet updated its couselling procedure. But AIIMS have update the media informing their implementation of ews in the July session itself. Therefore, 60 seats have been added to the existing seats. 13 PG medical seats have been added to AIIMS New Delhi taking its total from 123 to 136. AIIMS Bhopal has added 8 seats, AIIMS Bhuvaneshwar has added 4 seats, AIIMS Patna has got 18 additional seats wheras a total of 17 seats is added to AIIMS Raipur. AIIMS Rishikesh and AIIMS Jaipur seats remain unchanged.
