I got srm rank 1887 in 2020.is it better to join in srm amaravati to get cse seat and is college good?
As you have mentioned that you have secured 1887 rank in SRM which is excellent rank. You can get your desired branch in your desired campus. However, SRM Amravati is a new campus and its placement is not yet done because its just opened 2 years ago. If you don't have any problem with Chennai then you may join the SRM Kattankulathur campus without even thinking twice. The area, the facilities, the placements, fests, sports, cultural and technical activities, every sort of thing is provided in this campus. There's no better than this.
All the best.
I have scored 5.2k rank in AEEE and have alloted amaravati CSE also I have opted for sliding. Is there any chance for me to get in bangalore or amritapuri CSE in future rounds?
Dear Aspirant,
It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students willing to take admission, the seat matrix of the college and the preferences of the students.
CSE is one of the most competitive branches as it is preferred by a lot of students. Amritapuri campus offers one of the best CSE course with alluring opportunities. Bangalore being the IT hub of India offers a lot of opportunities like Internships and placements easily.
Looking at the last year trends we can say that you have a decent chance of getting CSE in Amritapuri/Bangalore campus as the closing ranks have been around 6 K.
Please check the link below for more cut-off details.
Hope this helps

Amaravati Vit can i get cse through apeapcet 15844 rank
hlwo aspirant
hope you are doing well
It is really difficult to predict the exact cut-off because it depends on various factors like the number of students attempting the examination, the preferences of the students etc, hardness of exam, no of seat availability.
VIT does not release official cut-offs and hence, this is based on previous year trends only. I'm assuming your rank is VITEEE rank.
Generally, a rank below 50 K would easily fetch you a seat in VIT AP. Hence, lookin at your rank we can say that you have an excellent chance of getting admission into CSE in VIT AP in category 1
If I talk about generally then if you are scoring a rank between 7500-27500 then you are eligible to take admission in the campus of Vellore. Now if I talk about computer science and engineering then the rank goes up to 7500-15000
so with 15k rank almost, congratulations you will have a seat in amaravati vit in cse.
you can go for counselling process in VIT AP for cse department at this rank.
hope this is helpful for you
all the very best for your upcoming future
