The course we here is quite high approx 24 lakh. The faculty that here also good too. For both colleges the attendance is compulsory of 75%. If you want to do Btech in cs, then I suggest you go to MIT Manipal. The academics there are good. The environment there is also good, and the vibe is just unique. The colleges you mentioned above are also good, but Manipal is just the whole deal in one. I would suggest you go for it!
