Hello Ive taken admission in BA as a External Student in Aligarh Muslim University and this year it will be completed, after completing it I want to do my BA in another course from AMU so will I be considered Internal Student for taking admission in BA.?
Hello
Hope you are doing great.
As per your question, external student is someone who completes the course without attending the lectures physically. Internal student are someone who attends the classes physically.
If you have passed BA externally, then you won't be getting the certificate as internal student.
Hope this helps!
i want to take admission in class 11th in amu college... is this psossible for me or not? i am from a village... but i dont think so that my name will come in the entrance exam because i am not that much perfect but i want to be perfect for me and for my family..how hard it wuld be to pass the exam
Hey,
You have not mentioned the course for which you want to take the AMU Exam. However, be it any subject or course for which you want to apply, the only key to clear any entrance exam is your preparation and clarity of basics.
Entrance exams usually test how much clarity you have in the basics of your subject. It would help if you practised a lot by solving previous year's papers, model papers, and mock question papers to know your weak areas. It doesn't matter whether you belong to any village/city, you can clear any entrance exam with hard work and sheer determination.

Why there is no bdes in AMU? Is diploma in fashion design and garment technology good for designing career?
There isn't an official reason available publicly for why Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) doesn't offer a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) program. It could be due to various factors like:
AMU might prioritize other academic disciplines and not have the resources to establish a full-fledged design program.
There might not be enough student demand for a B.Des program to justify the investment in faculty and infrastructure.
AMU's Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) program in Fashion Design & Garment Technology could be their way of catering to design aspirations while keeping resource allocation focused.
Diploma programs are known for their practical approach, equipping you with technical skills like pattern making, draping, and garment construction. These programs are often designed in collaboration with industry experts, ensuring the curriculum reflects current design trends and industry needs.
