I don't think one can add information to the application as submitted before through any means. So probably you won't be able to do so. Although, I would recommend you to contact the official helpdesk of the AP ECET and get it discussed then can give you highlights. But the probability is higher that you won't be able to add the EWS information now.

AP ECET Counselling 2021 - APSCHE will soon release the APECET 2021 counselling date and seat allotment process details on online mode. Candidates must secure at least 25% of aggregate marks to be eligible to participate in the AP ECET Counselling 2021. Thus, those shortlisted on the basis of AP ECET result 2021 will be eligible for the counselling process.
After each round of AP ECET counselling, the exam authorities will release the seat allotment list based on the rank secured by the candidate, preference and seat availability. In case, if seats are left vacant after the counselling is completed, They will also conduct spot round of AP ECET 2021 counselling.
