The registration process for the counselling for admission to various courses in university and various private colleges in Andhra Pradesh for GATE/GPAT has been notified to be from 4/11/2020 to 8/11/2020.
The qualified and registered candidates of GATE/GPAT and APPGECET can attend the web counselling for admission to various M.Tech/M.Pharm/Pharm.D(PB) from 17/11/2020 onwards. The concerned authorities will conduct the AP PGECET 2020 counselling in online mode. Only those candidates who will be shortlisted will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The authorities will conduct separate counselling for GATE and GPAT qualified candidates and AP PGECET qualified candidates. The procedure of AP PGECET 2020 counselling will include many steps such as payment of fee, reporting at the centres, document verification, choice filling, and allotment of seats. The authorities will allot seats to the shortlisted candidates on the basis of merit, availability of seats, and choice filling done by the candidates. may be it's system glich. To participate in the AP PGECET counselling process, you need to first login to your account and pay a non-refundable fee of 1000 rupees.In case you are an SC/CT candidate then it will be 600 rs.After registration and payment , next step is document verification for which you will have to visit the nearest verification center. The fee payment can be done through debit/credit card & net banking. On the basis of your ranks, you will be called and will be asked to show the transaction ID or fee payment receipt and also provide your mobile number and Aadhaar card number. No other fee will be asked .

I feel really sad to tell you that since you have forgotten to pay the fees, your seat would be cancelled. Now there is no other way to take admission. You should have remembered, now you have to bear the consequences. You could try contacting the authorities but you have very steep chances of admission now. All the best.

Through ap PGECET getting admission for mtech in Mechanical engineering is quite tough. A rank less than 200 is required in your category to get admission into good colleges. Based on your rank in BC_A category from previous year's cutoff you can expect a seat in the following colleges:
