i got 232 rank in Appgecet in stream of CSE in BCD Category, can i get seat in Osmania University,JNTUH.
With this rank in BC_D category you can expect a seat in Osmania University. But for JNTU Hyderabad your chances are little less as the cutoff has been very tough for CSE branch and in BC_D category.
You can definitely get a seat in Chaitanya Bharti institute of Technology and O U college of Technology Hyderabad in your desired M.Tech specialization in CSE.
I hope you find this helpful.
All the best!

The closing ranks for all these colleges have been as low as 2 and the highest has been 358. The Cutoffs vary every year, the cutoff depends on some factors like: Difficulty level of the exam, Number of available seats, Total number of candidates who attempted the examination, Number of candidates who qualified the examination. At your rank you may get seat in these colleges with CSE stream.

Dear aspirant
Yes you can get m.tech seat in jntuk by self financing. It is a Coed, Aided college. And self financing courses are more costlier than your regular courses but the circumstances will remain same.

All the best.
I got 1097 rank in ap pgecet .Can I have chance to get seat in jntuk through self finance category
Dear Aspirant,
Sel finance category is a good way of getting an admission into JNTUK. There are many branches and programmes where you can get a post graduation in Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University.
However, it works only for specific programmes and sometimes for reservation seats. If you want to pursue one of these programme s in JNTUK with respect to the category, then you definitely can be a part of JNTUK through self finance with respect to your ap PGECET rank.
These programme s are:-
Hydraulics and water resources engineering ( general)
Power electronic and drive s
VLSI Embedded systems
Communication engineering and signal processing (st).
There are many more.
Good luck.
i got a rank 522 in ap pgecet in civil engineering belongs to BC B catageory i want to join in universities to complte my mtech for that which university is sutible for my rank
Dear Aspirant,
Top government institutes like JNTUK, Andhra University, etc provide admission for post graduation programme to students with good ranks. Furthermore, if a student has a good quota rank, getting an m.tech seat is even easier.
The only problem in getting an M.Tech seat through AP PGECET is that the number of seats is very much less as compared to the number of if seats. Furthermore, the number of applications is also huge. Moreover, almost 80 % to 90 % candidates qualify in the AP PGECET exam. This percentage is even higher for engineering students closing towards 92%.
Reserved seats are very few as well. So you can see the intensity of the competition and your chances of getting in one of them.
However, not everything is dull around here. You definitely have some chances of getting admission in lower tier government engineering colleges. If that fails, there is always a private institute.
Now what you should do is to compare the lower tier government engineering colleges and private institutes. The factors that may stress on are placement prospects, research scope, good infrastructure, skill oriented education, good teaching faculty, etc.
In order to compare colleges, you can always click on this url:-

i got 613 rank in AP PGECET of OC category female. can I get a seat in SVU or AU or JNTUA or padmavathi University college. And please suggest me a best branch in computer science stream.
According to previous year's closing ranks in OC category girls, your rank is a little too high to fetch you seat in your desired colleges such as JNTU Anantapur, SVU or AU Vishakhapatnam.
The closing ranks for all these colleges have been as low as 2 and the highest has been 358.
But cutoffs vary every year and hence you must keep trying, you could land a seat you never know.
Now coming to your query about M.Tech specialization in CSE, I would recommend you go for Artificial Intelligence. This field is in boom nowadays with most of the things getting digitalized. Engineers from this specialization are in demand as new startups are getting launched. The starting package can be expected to be around 5 to 6 LPA. Artificial Intelligence specialization is offered by JNTU Anantapur.
You can also go for Network Systems. This field is offered by AU Vishakhapatnam and starting package is decent and can be expected to be around 4 to 5 LPA.
I hope this clarifies your doubt.
All the best!
sir, i got 338 rank in ap pgecet belongs to oc female.is there any chance to get seat in jntuk
Dear Aspirant,
Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University is one of the most well known institutes of the state. In order to pursue post graduation programme in this prestigious institute, students need to achieve a very good rank. As compared to undergraduate seats, the post graduation seats are very small/pale in comparison. Therefore, the competition is even more intense depending upon the number of applications for the post graduation programme.
With respect to your rank, the only branch where you can expect a post graduation programme in JNTUK is Mechanical engineering. All other branches of the institute demands a much better rank of close to 200 or 250 to be able to get a M.Tech seat.
Furthermore, even if you have open category female, it still is not capable enough to get you into JNTUK. If you had any other quota like SC, st, or backward caste, only then you could have gained an M.Tech Seat in JNTUK.
However, if you have a good GATE rank, you may have some chance of getting an admission in your desired institute.
Inspire of the difficulty, there is no need to worry as there are other institutes that also offer good post graduation programmes.
Good luck in pursuing a good post graduation programme. All the best in all your future endeavors.
i got 613 rank in ap pgecet Computer science OC category female can i get set in SVU or AU or padmavathi University or gayatri vidya parishad college. Please suggest me a best branch of computer science.
Congratulations, as you have got a good rank in AP eamcet. You have chances of getting admission into Andhra University as it's closing rank is upto 10894. So during web options you have to choose the top 10 best colleges so that you can get the desired colleges. Hope you some clarity.
All the best!!
I got 613 rank OC female and EWS also in ap pgecet can i get seat in JNTUk in cyber security . or any other stream .
I am sorry to say that you will not be able to fetch a seat in JNTU Kakinada. Your rank is way higher for OC girls category and with this rank getting a seat in any stream in JNTUK is very difficult.
First of all seats did not remain in JNTUK in almost all the branches. And whatever remained were few in number and thier cutoff rank were very less under 100.
You can try your chances in other colleges.
I hope this is helpful to you.
