Yes you can get admission in B.Sc Anesthesia based on inter marks. In some colleges entrance tests are taken. Some colleges consider only class 12 results for the admission.
Minimum eligibility to appear in this course is 10+2/ intermediate with minimum 45% marks ( vary from Institute to Institute) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English.

BSc. in Anaesthesia Technology is a 3-year full-time undergraduate degree course. The eligibility for this course is the 12th or equivalent examination in the Science stream with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
The admission in the course of BSc anesthesia is depends upon the institute. Most institutes follow merit based on the marks of board exams or relevant national level competitive exams like Neet. Some colleges take direct admission too.
As far as direct admission without any entrance you can go for deemed university.

The eligibilty criteria for MSc in nutrition and dietetics is Bachelor's degree in nutrition, home science, food science or technology, biochemistry, physiology, microbiology, agriculture, or life sciences, or comparable exams, with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50 percent from an accredited university.
As per your query, I guess you are not eligible for this course after Bsc anesthesia.
