I am totally confused what to study. please anyone will help me? my mht cet is near. I dont know what to do... feeling depression, anxiety..
For mht cet exam you need to do revision of notes and whatever you learn in class 11th and 12th
As exam is very close to you so,you need not to be in depression as you should keep calm and starts revisions
And last remember it is not only a exam which you give so feel free not too much pressure of exam
I graduated in civil stream with cgpa 5.89 in 2019. I had depression, anxiety disorder. what options are still left for me?
Hey,
Never give up.
For masters opportunities, try and come up with a good GRE/GMAT/GATE score. Get letter of recommendation which would make them overlook your marksheets . Write your SOP in the best possible way.
Next option is to try competitive examinations, it has no effect on your gpa provided you are in the position to clear the minimum eligibility criteria.
Job prospects and career options of a person with low gpa is the same as that of a person with a higher gpa. What matters is the skills that you have.
I have a query in stream selection. I should go for arts or PCB with psycho. I want excellent grade 12th results. my purpose of life : animal rescue (especially dogs) and environment welfare. Also, I have had a really very bad time dealing with math accompanied with anxiety. kindly help 🙏🏼Ty ty ty
As per your career goals, I would say go for PCB with Psycho. This will help you in two ways to pursue your future goal. Firstly, you can become a Veterinary Doctor. So if you do Animal Rescue then you will be a instrumental to support those animals and you can create a team more quickly and can work in first aid situations. Apart from this if you have a basic knowledge of Psychology then you can motivate and analyze people who does animal cruelty. This way you will be able to understand what wrong in them and you can start campaign based on those points. This will help you to build a good society as well as a animal affectionate society.
Now for PCB you have to study a bit of mathematics atleast for Physics and a bit for chemistry. But if you think above as a logical solution or a logical pathway towards your dream then I think you will be able to take some stress.
I hope this answer might help you. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Is CLAT worth it? I have dropped a year for it. I am still preparing but idk i have stress and anxiety.
hi,
clat is most common gate way exam for law courses of ug and p. since you have taken year drop you must have some plan or passion for admission to law in tier 1 institute. In most of the time candidates loss interest and demotivated for exam, however they may have some personal issue or are not getting enough rest or have no proper tuition etc. now that if you get demotivated all your work of past years would go in vain and the score or rank you would have expected would never be achieved. so I suggest not to loss hope and once situation is under control of pandemic exams would held in due time. revise the lessons and may follow youtube lectures as reference.

Hi.
Counselor: Hello A! How are you doing today? My name is Mr. Ahmad. I'm going to be your session counselor today.
A: Meeting you is nice.
Counselor: Likewise! Now tell me why and how I can help you.
A: Mr Ahmad, I am very stressed by the pressure of work. I can't sleep and sometimes I even dream of not being able to deliver projects on time. It contributes to many problems like headache, stomach ache, short temperature and difficulty concentrating.
Counselor: relax now! Did you try to stand up for yourself and tell the boss about the pressure at work?
A: There's no way! There's so many candidates I can lose my job to fill my position.
Counselor: What's your financial situation? Can you support yourself for a while without a job?
A: I've got enough savings for a few years to support myself.
Counselor: You have two options to think about, either standing by yourself or resigning from work and taking a sabbatical. I'm sure you're going to get a talented person like you in no time. Think about it and come to me after a week. Set up for yourself some boundaries of work-life. That may mean making a rule not to check email from home at night, or not to answer the phone at dinner time. While people have different preferences about how much they blend their work and home life, creating clear boundaries between these realms can reduce the potential for conflict between work-life and the stress that goes with it.
A: Thank you for your advice. I'm going to think about it and come back to you.
