I have passed AIBE 14 last year, till date I did not get any information about my C O P from Andhra Pradesh High Court, I am feeling very anxiety about my C O P ,when I called the office staff they simply telling to put my information of passing in the website , how to go online pl.?
As on August 1st, 2020, the Bar Council of India issued Certificate of Practise i.e. COP to AIBE 12 and 13 qualified Candidates. And there was an official notification which states that AIBE department will notify Candidates who have qualified AIBE XIV regarding COP. So please wait until BCI or AIBE releases any official information regarding this. If you have qualified the exam, you will receive your COP. Nothing to be worried about.
if I fail in physics and pass in other 5 subjects in AHSEC will I be pass in AHSEC please reply my anxiety is getting worse
Hi Aspirant,
In the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, you need to score at least 30% of the total marks in a written paper to be considered as Pass in that subject. If the subject has Practicals, you need to score at least 30% in the written paper and at least 40% in the practicals.
With that in mind, you need to pass in every paper. If you fail in even one, you will not be considered as Pass.
Are there still chances that result will be declared today? coz this is getting too late, and students hve spend entire day in anxiety..this is unfair what NTA is doing to us..
Keep checking the official website for furthur updates.

Hello aspirant,
Looking at the current circumstances it's something we all are feeling but how to empower this feeling that's important. Do don't have to be productive all the times but whenever you are doing your work or you are studying or whatever you are currently pursuing do it with proper concentration. Try to meditate in the morning and also so try to fix your sleep cycle because that will help you to concentrate on the positive energy
Please feel free to contact for anything.
Thank you
How to cope up with anxiety and stress as exams are postponing day by day ?
Hello student ,
The HRD ministry is all set to launch Mano Darpan to help students cope with the stress of lockdown. MHRD will launch a set of guidelines prepared by the experts in Child Psychology. To ensure that each student stays away from stress and anxiety follow these steps -
Be up to date - This is very crucial for everyone. Be aware of the latest guidelines. Read articles issued by the government. But at any cost, avoid watching TV news channels. They are for your parents, not for you. Most of the TV news channels, keep a count of deaths. Knowing the number of deaths will do you no good. Prefer in shorts or simply your college bulletin.
Pursue a hobby - All of us have some talent that has been kept locked away. This is the right time to work on it. Painting, writing, singing, dancing, the list is endless. No one is going to rate you for how you are doing in these fields. They are just there to make you happy.
Talk to your friends .
Eat and sleep well .
Keep just 3,4 hours for your studies -Now there is nothing I can say for students going against JEE Mains or NEET. But the rest, take a break, guys. You got time to prepare for your exams. Go slow, yet steady.
Hope it will help you !
as the prep level for neet in students is increasing and cutoff will increase but the seats are going to remain same and i dont want to take a drop im worried of my selection in my dream college i want there only my anxiety level increases suddenly and i cant study then plz suggest somthing good?!
Never leave any concepts doubtful or unsolved. Once done with the syllabus and concept clarity, you should move towards solving previous years papers. Give mock tests as much as possible. Time management is one more important thing you should look upon. Remember that practise will increase your efficiency.
Give at least two to three mock tests every week. Then analyze your weak parts and work on them. If you find it difficult to prepare from books like HC Verma, DC Pandey, then only go for NCERTs. From wherever you study, you must complete NCERT Textbooks as many questions are directly asked from NCERTs.
Some important chapters that you must revise before appearing for the examination - In Physics - Thermodynamics, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Electromagnetic Induction & Alternating Current, Optics, Electronic Devices. In Chemistry - Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Coordination Compounds, Solutions. In Biology - Diversity of Living Organisms, Human Physiology, Genetics and Evolution, Biology and Human Welfare.
more and more young people leading stressful lives are unable to cope with their situations. write a dialogue between a counsellor and a stressed young person. you must indicate what is causing the young person anxiety. write in about 250 word.
Hey Aspirant
Counselor: Hello Md Mahfooz! How are you doing today? My name is Mr. Ahmad. I'm going to be your session counselor today.
Md Mahfooz: Meeting you is nice.
Counselor: Likewise! Now tell me why and how I can help you.
Md Mahfooz: Mr Ahmad, I am very stressed by the pressure of work. I can't sleep and sometimes I even dream of not being able to deliver projects on time. It contributes to many problems like headache, stomach ache, short temperature and difficulty concentrating.
Counselor: relax now! Did you try to stand up for yourself and tell the boss about the pressure at work?
Md Mahfooz: There's no way! There's so many candidates I can lose my job to fill my position.
Counselor:What's your financial situation? Can you support yourself for a while without a job?
Md Mahfooz: I've got enough savings for a few years to support myself.
Counselor: You have two options to think about, either standing by yourself or resigning from work and taking a sabbatical.I'm sure you're going to get a talented person like you in no time.Think about it and come to me after a week. Set up for yourself some boundaries of work-life.That may mean making a rule not to check email from home at night, or not to answer the phone at dinner time. While people have different preferences about how much they blend their work and home life, creating clear boundaries between these realms can reduce the potential for conflict between work-life and the stress that goes with it.
Md Mahfooz: Thank you for your advice. I'm going to think about it and come back to you.
Hope this will help you!
All the Best!
