With this rank you have less chances in getting seat for chemical engineering in very good colleges.According to last years statistics you can still get chance in some average college in second to third rounds.You can get colleges like Anil Neerukonda College,Acharya Nagarjuna,GMR Institute,Centurion,Maharaj Vijayaram University etc.

If you're from general category, then there is no chance of getting a seat in horticulture, that too in the government college. But if you're from BC/SC/ST category, then surely you have the chances of securing a seat in horticulture in the government college as you have managed to be in the minimum qualifying range. Since it's an estimation based on the performance in the exam and the last year cutoff in horticulture categorically, other than OC or general category, if you manage to be in the passing range, then you can proceed for admission and counselling procedures.

According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very very less or probably no any chances in JNTU Ananthpur for chemical engineering because the cut offs rank for last two years is nearly between 9000 to 11000 but as your rank is very much greater than that so you have very low chances.
