what i understand from your query is that you wish to pursue your studies and upskill yourself. As mentioned that you have appeared of CAT and scored 64 well there are many universities and colleges that offer MBA on this score too in case you wish to opt for MBA. Apart from that you can look into 3 more options that go well with your field that is Interior Designing, Certified Land Valuer & Certified Land Surveyor.
To become an Interior Designer you can opt for a Certification Diploma in Interior Designing.
To become a land Valuer, you should have a 5 years experience along with your Bachelors in Civil Engineering or have B.Arch degree. You need to opt for 50 hours of compulsory training from a Registered Valuer Organisation that is recognised by the IBBI( Insolvency & Bankruptacy Board of India. After the training you need to appear for an exam and score minimum 60%. Once you pass the exam then you can register yourself wit the IBBI for COP ( Certificate of Practice).
The next option is to become a Certified Land Surveyor by clearing the exam conducted by Indian Institute of surveying and Mapping, or Institution of Surveyors, or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. You can visit the websites to register yourself. for your knowledge Land surveyor Licensing Exam is conducted by State Licensing Boards if you wish you can check that also.
In case you wish to opt to work in Government Sector then you can appear for IES (Indian Engineering Services) which is conducted by UPSC.
All the best

I have merit score of 142 in NATA (2024), which colleges can I get ? I belong to ST category. Can I get JJ clg of architect or Rachna Sansad ? Im only looking for colleges in Mumbai/Thane district.
Hello,
With a NATA score of 142 and belonging to the ST category, your chances of getting into top architecture colleges like Sir JJ College of Architecture or Rachna Sansad in Mumbai/Thane district can be considered quite favorable.
The cut-off marks for admission to Sir JJ College of Architecture for ST category students are generally lower compared to other categories, and with your score, you have a strong chance of securing a seat. In recent years, the cut-off for ST category students has been around 50-55 in merit marks, which aligns well with your NATA score .
For Rachna Sansad, the cut-off trends are similar, and given your score, you are likely to meet or exceed the required marks for admission.
It is advisable to keep an eye on the official announcements and participate in the counseling sessions to ensure you secure a place in one of these prestigious institutions.
Hope it helps you!
I want to do architect or civil engineering diploma
Hy,
If you're considering a career in either architecture or civil engineering, pursuing a diploma in one of these fields can be a great starting point.
For a Diploma in Architecture , the program typically covers the essentials of architectural design, drafting, and construction techniques. You'll study subjects like architectural design principles, building materials, and construction technology. This diploma prepares you for roles such as an architectural draughtsman or assistant. Generally, you’ll need a high school diploma with a background in mathematics and science to be eligible. Graduates often find work in architectural firms, construction companies, or as part of design teams.
On the other hand, a Diploma in Civil Engineering focuses on the fundamentals of civil engineering, including the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure like roads, bridges, and buildings. The course content usually includes structural analysis, concrete technology, and surveying. This diploma equips you for roles such as civil engineering technician or site engineer. To enroll, you typically need a high school diploma with a strong foundation in mathematics and science. Graduates can pursue careers in various sectors, including public works and private construction firms.
