Yes many institutions offer direct admissions in B.Arch course. Most of the government colleges in which seats remains vacant after all rounds of counselling they do a spot round. And this is generally like a spot round.

And many private institutions also offer dirsct admissions.

To pursue B.Arch course in Aboard, first you should appear for SAT exam. You should try to get good score in SAT exam, because if you can get good score, you will have chance to get admission in top colleges and even this score helps you to get scholarships and assistant-ships. After completing this exam, you can apply for admission in your selected list of universities

I would like to inform you that with a ranking of 3033 in wbjee under the cateory obc-b , yes , you will definetly get Architect in Jadavpur University.

In fact as per previous year cutoffs closing rank for architect is around 6k for obc-b category at the end of 3rd round.
