what is the difference between interior designing and interior architecture? also is there anyone doing interior architecture if yes then is it worth it?
Hello,
Both are extremely outstanding career options students can pursue. Interior design is the field where the furniture, decors, designs of walls, etc. are focused upon. Interior design is more of your creative mind. On the other hand interior architecture focuses on size, spacing, number of rooms, washrooms, etc. of a house. Interior architecture involves a little scaling & measuring.
For interior designing students can pursue courses like B. Des. (Interior & Furniture), BA Hons. Interior design, B.Sc. Interior design, etc. For more details you can visit https://www.careers360.com/courses/articles/design-courses-after-12-counar
For Interior architecture students can pursue courses like B. Arch, B. Planning, Diploma in Interior Design , etc. For more details you can visit https://www.careers360.com/courses/articles/architecture-courses-after-12th-counar
Both the courses have very good scope, job opportunities, high salary packages. So you can choose anyone based on your interest.
Hope it helps.
what type of engineering is there for B.planning and architecture?
B.Planning is engineering more leaned on the environment, the executives, and the improvement of living climate, it is a subject connected with Architecture as well as Civil design alongside humanism and Urban and Rural preparation and Preservation.
There is a popularity for organizers which is regularly filled by Architechs or Civil specialists normally because of not very many understudies taking up the stream as a vocation, likewise not very many colleges in India is offering the subject because of the absence of mindfulness.
Planning is the impetus to relieving inconsistent purposes for individuals concerning the framework. Engineering centers more around the tasteful worth, and primary honesty of structures formed inside a plan interaction. The choices made in the engineering domain are made about the climate.

I got a rank of 789 in general category in IMU CET 22. Can i get Btech Naval Architecture from IMU Vizag or BE Marine from IMU Kolkata. Also what is the cutoff for various courses in IMU campuses for general category candidates?
Hi Hari,
I hope you are good! IMU Vizag do offers B.Tech in Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering and you need to secure under 150 rank to have higher chances of admission. Your rank 789 is really too far for this. I suggest you to do some more hard-work with patience and practice your lessons more and more.
For BE marine in IMU Kolkata, you have really appreciating rank. The cutoff for GEN remains around 2000 and having rank 789 will always give you an edge for admission. If you are interested, my suggestion is to not leave such great opportunity.
I hope it helps!
