Whereas, B.tech CSE with Artificial Intelligence is also a bachelor's program in computer science but with an upgradation. It has Artificial Intelligence specialisation. Artificial Intelligence is a process in which unstructured data and automate tasks that required human intelligence such as extracting meaning from images, text, speech, making decisions is done. This technology is trending topic in market nowadays. For example, Alexa and Siri has become second family to us. They perform basic human tasks in seconds.

And, B.tech CSE with Cyber Security is bachelor's degree in Computer Science with Cyber Security specialisation. Cyber Security is the techniques of protecting computers, networks, programs and data from unauthorized access. This is also a trending topic in today's era as every small startups or mnc's want to protect their data. Cyber Security plays very crucial in maintaining security for companies nowadays.

According to me, three of them are a hit and has wide scope in coming years as well. You should focus on the area of your interest.
