Artificial Intelligence
Hello Aspirant,
Math is indeed a prerequisite to excel in computer science, but you do not need to be a math expert to learn artificial intelligence. You cannot expect a zero math zone in fields like data science, machine learning ,artificial intelligence etc, so basic math and calculation skill will be a constant need. A basic level knowledge in areas like statistics ,calculus, linear algebra, probability ,differential equations, optimization theory etc will be useful when you start learning advanced skills . Before attending your actual classes, brush up what you already know in all these ,so that it will be easier to catch up with what is going to be taught .This is because in AI creating or writing algorithms will be a basic task and that is where these will be applied. You need not worry much thinking you not strong at math, you can may be take a bridge course before taking up CSE,which will cover a lot of basic concepts. And remember with constant practice, you can overcome anything , so just learn the required math topics , solve sums and be in touch with math on a daily basis, within a year, your level will go up. There are many free resources on the internet that you can use to learn and practice, all you need is a passion towards that field. If you are deeply interested in CSE and artificial intelligence, math should not be a hurdle. Artificial intelligence has got many sub areas under it , explore them all, find the one that suits you, focus on that, this is a high on demand field with great career prospects.

All the best
Dear aspirant,
First of all forget this myth that anything is tough or anything is easy. It is us who set barriers in our mind and decide difficulty level of subjects.
Artificial intelligence is nothing tough if you have interest in it ,you would definitely like it and it would eventually become easier for you.
Yes. Coding or programming is the basic skill required in computer science and technology fields . Artificial intelligence is basically building smart machines capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence. So you as the AI engineer, designer and developer will be controlling that artificial intelligence, which is possible only by feeding in the instructions through machine language . ie., you will have to write algorithm. Hence you should have a strong knowledge in programming languages for coding the algorithm and testing its accuracy and efficiency.Java, Python, Lisp, Prolog, and C++ are major AI programming language used for artificial intelligence capable of satisfying different needs in the development and designing of different software.

Yes it is true that the whole world is going to be digital in everything and in future artificial intelligence and data science would be very valuable but this doesn't mean that core cse branch will not be valued anymore. It will be valued as the base of all these specialization courses are related to this branch.
Hi Dear,
Both Msc in computer science and artificial intelligence is a two year postgraduate programme in technical field offered by different institutes in India. MSC in computer science involves study of software engineering, system development, natural computation, mathematical foundations and artificial intelligence. Whereas MSC in artificial intelligence deals with study of Mathematics, Computer Programming Languages and artificial intelligence.
You can opt for any of the courses depending on your area of interest and your course at undergraduate level.
good Luck
Hii..
Candidate both the fields are at their best at their own ways .So, i request you to choose according to your intrest.Hence coming to the salary packages the AI professional with 2–4 years of experience will get a salary of 20 lakhs per annum and the average salary of entry level MBA aspirant in India is of nearly 30L per annum.
Hope this helps.
ALL THE BEST.
Hello,
The Chandigarh University is a private college in North India emerging a center for higher studies for everyone. CSE branch is more popular here due to top MNC’s which arrive here always and the list increases every year. Average package is 7 lakhs
AI and ML is two great under developing field along with IOT which is going to create much of the future jobs in coming time.
So yes it is worth joining, for more details about the college go to the below website

See AI is surely one of the most brightest field in future. But doing a degree related to AI is like bounding yourself to a narrower path. Suppose if you loose interest in AI then you will have to face more problems. So I would say if you are 100% aware about AI then only pursue it else go for CSE.
CSE will give you a fundamental base with lot of scopes through which you can go for AI in future with more experiences than only AI.
I hope you get my point. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Best colleges to apply Mtech are:
In order to be eligible for MTech AI, you are required to hold a BE/ BTech degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence from a recognized university.
You must also score a minimum 50% marks or equivalent GPA to be eligible for admission.
