With your rank (assuming you are from Kerela) you can get pretty good colleges however for Artificial Intelligence you might not find any college via KEAM. You can go for CSE at College of Engineering Chengannur

No they are not provides Btech in speclization of Artificial Intelligence and Data science but they are provides normal computer science with some of subjects are available such as Data science and AI during your course .Apart from that they are organized some of seminar and course in ML and AI .

NOt just that branch, branches like computer  science, electronics and communication engineering, electrical and electronics engineering etc are sort of demanding branches.

There might be chances to get computer science. Might be in 2nd round or 3rd round of counselling. Apply for the university, attend the counselling. People might not be attending because, they might be preferring nit's and iits and other higher ranked colleges etc. But we cant be sure about this.
