Yes with AEEE score 5041 you could get an seat in amurthpuri campus, But there are no specialization in B.Tech. you take for B.Tech (Hons) in Computer Science Engineering. There you will find Courses and subject related to Artificial Intelligence or  Data Science.

Yes an electronics and communication engineer can do masters in artificial intelligence /machine learning and there is no restrictions to it. The only thing you need is the correct strategy and proper interest. You need to learn good level of coding exclusively. You can do courses on Coursera .

Dear student

Yes you can,  however there is a catch,  it is available for a few choice courses. You will get cse(with artificial intelligence and machine learning )  for BE, along with basic cse for M.tech. So if you want want  cse(with artificial intelligence and machine learning ), you will have to take BE or study without it.  It is important to note that the amenities are good with a good placement record.
