Assam University is a Central university which offers various of courses both in masters and bachelor level. To be eligible for BA Economics in Assam University you must have:

• A minimum 50% marks in 12th Or any other equivalent exam.
• A minimum 45% marks in English subject in class 12.

Dear Sir/Ma'm, either you can proceed for counselling by the all india 15% quota counseling or the 85% state quota counseling. The state quota counseling however has more scope as the cut-offs for state quota are lower than that of the all india quota.

The online application form was available from 29th May for admission in ug courses in Assam University on the official website. The last date for application submission was 25th June.
