How many subatomic particles of atom
Hello sir,
Only three kind of sub atomic particles are there :-
1. Electron:- This subatomic particles are negatively charged with a charge of -1.602 * 10 -19 C.
2.proton :- they's are positively charged subatomic particles with a charge of +1.602 * 10 -19 C.
3.neutron :- This sub atomic particles are neutral in nature.

how to get mock tests sample papes
Hello,
From your profile it seems you are an engineering aspirant of class 12th and belong to Andhra Pradesh, is your query directed towards AP EAMCET, then JNTU, Kakinanda has released the mock test at the official website and you can practice at https://g21.digialm.com//OnlineAssessment/index.html?2000@@M14 (https://g21.digialm.com//OnlineAssessment/index.html?2000@@M14to) to know more details regarding this, you can also visit our page at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ap-eamcet-mock-test
you can also access previous year papers along with its answer keys at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ap-eamcet-sample-papers, in case your query is for some other exam you can mention the details in the comment box below or else search our site for any relevant information.
A given metal crystallizes out with a cubic structure having edge length of 361 pm. If there are four metal atoms in one unit cell, what is the radius of one atom ? Solution please
Hey!
Solution is given below :
Since there are four metal atoms in one unit cell, the unit cell is fcc type. For fcc unit cell, radius r=0.3535 a, where a is the edge length of the unit cell. Hence, r=0.3535×361 pm =127.6 pm
Thus, the radius of one atom is 127.6pm.
Hope it helped to clear your delimma
Thank you
the wavelength of the first line in balmer series the hydrogen spectrum is lambda what is the wavelength of second line
Hello!!!!
Hope you are doing great!!!!
According to rydberg's equation 1/λ = RZ 2 (1/n 1 2 - 1/n 2 2 )
λ is inversly proportional to n 2
therefore ..;;
λ1/λ2=n2 2 /n1 2
As balmer series start from first line i.e, n1=2,n2=3,λ1=λ ,λ2=?
λ/λ2=3^2/2^2
λ/λ2=9/4
Therefore., wave length of second line in balmer series ,, λ2=4λ/9
Hope it helps !!!!!
