Definitely yes unlike India in other foreign countries your class 10th or your class 12th marks are not validated the colleges have their entrance exams and a person has to clear them to be in their college so your class 12th marks doesn't matter but you have to give the entrance exam of the college and the examination will be obviously related to your course.
