sir, Information technology course in VIT,CSE with specialisation in IoT and Automation in SASTRA which is better in the view of job opportunities.
Hey Amar
I will compare these two options for you. Firstly, IT from VIT :
In terms for placement the highest package goes around 20 LakhPerAnnum while the lowest is 6 LakhPerAnnum with almost 96 percent of the students getting placed in companies like Microsoft,Amazon,TCS,Wipro etc. After IITs,NITs and BIT it is the most preferred option for CSE and IT students.
Now for Sastra, though the average placement rating is good but the average placement for CSE branch is 85% (compared to the 96% of VIT) The highest package is around 24 lakh per annum for cse students while the lowest is aroound 4 lakh per annum with companies like TCS,Infosys and Wipro etc coming for placements.
If I had to choose (in terms of JOB opportunities) I would go with VIT but it is your choice hence you should do more research on this. All the best.
my vitmee rank is 100 what is the chance of getting control and automation in mtech
I think with such a rank, you can get almost in any branch as you wish, if you are eligible.
How get b.tech seat in automation and robotics after diploma in automation and robotics?
Dear Aspirant,
If you have studied in an AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) approved College for your diploma then by lateral entry you can gain admission to the 2nd year of the B. Tech course in Mechatronics. The only point you need to be aware of is that the exposure to the standard of Mathematics is lower in the Diploma course but it will be of a much higher standard in the B.Tech course and you must prepare in advance for that move.
Also you there will be entrance exams either at state level or institutes having their own examinations. Ideally please short list the colleges you intend to do your B. Tech and then find out their eligibility criteria and prepare accordingly.
Good Luck
MTech Power electronics vs Control and automation vs automotive electronics Which is best in VIT in terms of placement?
If you do Mtech in Control and automation, the average package ranges around 5-6 lakhs per annum whereas for Mtech in Automative Engineering, the placement is more in the hand of ARAI as the course is in collaboration with ARAI Pune.
So to conclude, all the three courses are good but it is suggested to go with Control and Automation.
Best of luck.
MTech Automotive electronics vs control and automation which is better in placement in VIT Vellore?
For M.tech automotive engineering, the placement is average. You must be aware that ARAI manages the placement as the course is in collaboration with ARAI,Pune. If you have good academics overall then you can get placed.
On the other hand in if you do M.tech in control and automation then the average package ranges around 6 LPA while companies like Seimens, Schneider, Danfoss etc offer placement.
So, in conclusion both are the courses are good but its advisable to go with control and automation.
I hope this helps.

which of the course in cse is best? Either data science or robotic process automation or cybersecurity or artificial intelligence and miscine learning ,for good chance of jobs in upcoming life.
MBBS , engineering like robotics and automation which is best?
Hey there
You should not compare MBBS and engineering as both are different things. You should choose a course which you have interest in. If you have creative mind and interest in maths and want to work with machines then go for engineering and if you have interest in biology and want to work on medicine, etc then definitely go for MBBS. You can prepare for various competitive exams on our platform
Good luck
