To become automobile engineer, one needs to do btech in automobile engineering
But you are from commerce,
And being a commerce student, you are not eligible for Btech and thus can't become automobile engineer .
This is because,
To be eligible for btech, you need to complete 10+2 with Maths, Physics and any one of the following subjects:-

Biology
-
Technical Vocational subject
But being a commerce student, you would not have studied Physics etc and thus not eligible.
