Hello sir/maam. Now Im diploma student in Automobile engineering. After completion of this course, what can I do after my completion of diploma. please give me the guidence for future.
After completion of your diploma in automobile engineering, i would suggest you to appear for any lateral entry examination and join mechanical engineering course because automobile engineering has less scope in coming years as there is severe fall down in automobile sector.
You will get less opportunities in automobiles sector.
So, its better to move to mechanical engineering.
I hope this helps.
Im now pursuing my production engineering course and have a passion in automobilefield. many advise me to not to pursue my PG as automobile engineering due to lack of jobs and scope. so my question is, whether should I do AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING (MS) or AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING (ME) or go with my core
Hey there,
Greetings!
Hope you’re having a great day.
I would like to inform you that it is of course better if you opt for Master of Science from a foreign university in a country like USA or Germany because the demand for this field is increasing day by day except for the fact that automobile industry business in India is at an exponential downfall in a few years from now.
Choose wisely according to your field of interest.
Let me know if you have further clarifications by mentioning it in the comment section below.
Have a nice day!
Wish that you have a bright future ahead.
Thanks.
is ait good for automobile engineering
Hey,
The Acharya Institute has good placements for the students in the companies like Infosys, etc.
Companies which come for automobile branch placements are Ford, Mahindra, Mercedes-Benz and many other car-designing companies. The average salary package offered in this college is pretty decent as it reachers up to 4 LPA.
The campus is lush green and huge, and it is nice. The architect of each and every building is fabulous. They have good hostel facilities and rooms. The campus is built on 120 acres.
Hope this helps.

How is UPES for Btech in Automotive design? (With respect to all fields i.e. academics, placements, etc.)
Hiii Harshal
Automotive Design engineering is one of the best course in UPES. It is counted amongst the top 4 branches in UPES namely petroleum engineering Upstream, petroleum engineering Gas, chemical engineering and automotive design engineering. The placement have been very good. Moreover every year the College participate in various events like Baja, Supra, Go-kart etc. The faculty is good and the labs are top of the class with advanced machines. The university does provides hands on training and right exposure in the domain.
The difference between btech in automobile engineering and automotive design is:
Automotive Engineering is a sub-branch of vehicle engineering. It can also be considered as a sub-branch of mechanical engineering that has split from the main branch focusing on the automotive field of study.
Automobile engineering focuses on the cars. It specifically deals with the designing of cars, operations in production of cars, designing of engines and fuel management. Thus, automobile engineering can be considered as a sub branch of automotive engineering.
However, generally both the branches are used interchangeably to denote a branch dealing with motor vehicles.
Hope the answer is helpful .
