With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that if you take admission in AYUSH courses then you won't be out for mbbs/bds maharashtra state counselling. The last date to participate in round one of NEET AYUSH counselling 2021 is February 2, 2022.
NEET AYUSH 2021 counselling will be conducted in four rounds for 15% AIQ, while a mop-up round will be held for deemed/central universities, national institutes, and private colleges.
Admission through AYUSH Courses eligibility criteria :
Qualifying Exam - 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as a core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
Minimum Age Requirement - 17 years as of December 31, 2021.
Qualifying Marks - UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)

for UP state counsellin for AYUSH courses like BAMS/BHMS you will have to deposit security demand draft of
1) rs 10,000/- in case of admission in government colleges
2) rs 50,000/- in case of admission in private colleges.

Could you please confirm about Ayush counseling date in uttarakhand
As of now, no official dates have been announced regarding AYUSH Counselling for the state of Uttarakhand. However, counselling for MBBS/BDS has already started from 25th January, 2022. So, we can expect that, AYUSH Counselling will start most probably from 2nd or 3rd week of February. You are advised to keep visiting the official website - https://uau.ac.in/ on a frequent basis for latest updates on AYUSH Counselling in Uttarakhand.
Also the registration for Round 1 of All India AYUSH Counselling had already started from 29th January, 2022 and got ended today (3rd February, 2022). Round 2 is scheduled to start from 18th February, 2022.

Status Retention Form is to be filled by the candidate if he/she is satisfied with the seat allotment and submit it before the specified date to the Dean of the College where such a seat has been allotted to such a candidate. Candidates filling status retention form will not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds. The following candidates are eligible to participate in Mop-Up Round
- Candidates admitted in 1st round, 2nd round and secured the admission but not filled status retention form in respective group.
- Candidates who are wait listed and to whom choice was not available during 1st round and 2nd round in respective group.
The following candidates are not eligible to participate in Mop-Up Round
- Candidates who has been allotted in computerized CAP rounds and not joined in respective group.
- Candidate who has filled status retention form and submitted
- Those candidates who are joined and resigned after allotment of seats in previous rounds.
As per the given eligibility you cannot participate in Mop-Up Round to get seat in BDS course if you fill the status retention form.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that you cannot reserve your seat in your allotted colleges in round 1 and round 2 counselling rounds. If you cancel the seat that you get in any counselling rounds then you need to apply freshly for a new counselling rounds and the allotted seat is given to other candidates applying in state counselling.
