I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 156 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored it is not possible for you to get a government seat for BDS or BAMS. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management for both.
BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery is basically an Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery is the full form of BAMS course. BAMS is an undergraduate degree program designed in such a way that it makes students familiar with the integrated concept of Modern Medical Science and Traditional Medicines, i.e. it is focussed on Ayurveda. The BAMS duration is 5.5 years including Internships.
BDS or Bachelor of Dental Surgery is a 5-years undergraduate program and the only approved professional dental course in India. It is a compulsory course for the students aspiring to work as dentists at government or private hospitals. BDS is one of the most popular medical courses after MBBS in India. B DS mainly focuses on training and introducing the students to the dental sciences and surgeries.The 5-year program involves 4 years of classroom education and 1 year of compulsory rotating internship.

They were supposed to start in December according to official updates but they have delayed due to some reasons now there is no update about them ,keep contact with us ,you will be updated when any news will come ,mop round was to be held in second week of January but no one knows why it has delayed .

Neet Ayush counselling will be starting anytime very soon and the counselling for admission to undergraduate courses in Ayurveda Unani etc. will be as according to the latest updates from AACCC.
The required documents which you must have to take in the counseling process are as follows:
- Neet admit card and its result
- Birth certificate or high school certificate as a proof of date of birth
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- A valid photo ID proof( Aadhar card/pan card/driving licence/passport)
- Disability Certificate
- SC ST or OBC certificate if applicable

Yes, a candidate is eligible to take part in two counselings simultaneously, provided you have paid the application fee for both and have scored above the cut off range for your category-

No ayush counseling has been started yet. It is expected to start soon . Counseling for deemed and government both occurs on the same website through same counseling.
Ayush counseling is held for total 52,720 seats all over India.
It is conducted by the official website http://aaccc.gov.in
There will be two rounds of counselling for NEET AYUSH 2021 different courses of Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy to fill 15 percent All India Quots seats. The mop-up round of counselling will be conducted for deemed/central universities and private colleges.
