Within rank 2000 will i get admission for barch in nit calicut
The closing ranks for NIT Calicut as per 2018 are as follows

With a rank of 2000, it is highly unlikely that you get admission in NIT Calicut.

As per previous cut off of Jee main paper 2 /b arch college , there is no chance of getting good nit for architecture . Only there is a chance of getting nit hamipur .

Well irrespective of the percentile obtained in the JEE MAIN paper 2 you have to apply for the JOSAA counselling and then you have seven rounds of counselling through which you will get admission to these institutes. There will also be special rounds in which you can apply.
My jee main paper 2 obc category rank is 12540.can I get admission in govt b arch collages in Kerala , My home state is Kerala .
It's difficult to get seat in barch colleges with your rank , your rank is not meeting the eligibility criteria.
Specially in Kerala your hometwon .

i have got a rank of 5520 in jee mains paper 2 barch 2019 ,can expect addmission in any spa or jmi . in general cat
The chances of you getting into an SPA with this rank in JEE Mains 2019 is quite low. The previous years' cut offs have not come below 3000 rank for general Category. Also for JMI you need approximately 200 marks above in non Muslim category. So here too the chances are low.
Will I get admission in NIT in ST Category with AIR ST Rank 586 in B.arch course?

Your category rank is a little low so the chances to get an nit are also nominal but still luck matters alot.
As last year's results of closing rank of various colleges may be possible you can get nit Patna and Tiruchirapalli if you have home state quota of these states...
I suggest you to go for the counselling may be you get any Nit.
