Hello Laxman,
Hope you are doing good.
Good to know that you are pursuing Mechanical engineering. And most interesting is you're also interested in loco pilot or aeronautical engineering. Let me tell of wanna do one of the above you need some eligibility criteria:
Candidates aspiring to become a Loco Pilot must have passed the 10+2/equivalent examination from a well recognized board. Additionally, the candidate must have completed any of these courses:
- ITI course from Institute recognised by NCVT or SCVT
- Diploma in Engineering in any streams from an AICTE recognised institute
- ACT apprenticeship course
Above mentioned are the educational qualification needed. And other eligibility criteria are:
- Qualifying the entrance examination conducted by RRB for the assistant Loco Pilot post
- Medical fitness after the CBAT (Computer-Based Aptitude Test)
FOR AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING:
Applicant must passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or equivalent with AICTE approved University and 3 years engineering diploma in any stream or any higher qualification in science with Physics and Mathematics at the time of admission in Institutes.
ENTRANCE EXAM FOR THE SAME ARE:
*JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) conducted by the IIT's.
*All India Engineering/ Architecture Entrance Examination(AIEEE)
*Delhi University Combined Entrance Examination(CEE)
*Hindustan University Entrance Test(HITSEE)
*The Indian Institute of Aeronautics Entrance Exam(IIA)EE
and many more.
And for a police service you should be knowing UPSC and other government exams are held.
Hopefully this will guide you.
Best wishes for future.
why ece branch students need to study basic mechanical engineering
Hello,
As engineers irrespective of your specialized branch you should have basic knowledge in all engineering fields so that you can solve common mans problem thus you become a real engineer
The major difference between ECE and EEE ( electrical and communication engineering and electrical electronics engineering )
As the name plainly recommends, in EEE one needs to concentrate on electrical designing just as gadgets while in ECE one arrangements with hardware and some piece of correspondence designing. Likewise it contains basis on electrical machines and more on coordinated circuits and correspondence frameworks.
Hardware and correspondence (ECE) is more programming focused while EEE is a center subject managing machines. ECE has more occupation scope in private area while ECE has more extension in government area(BSNL). So to lay it out simply, in case you are keen on coding, the EEE is better for you
Mechanical the god father of all other engineering branches , on of the oldest disciplines of engineering the relation among ECE , EEE and mechanical you can mainly see in electrical cars , some help of CS engineers are also used .
And main similarity you see in colleges where you learn Btech of the respective branches 1 st yr subjects are same for all branches EC , EEE , mech
Hope this helps you
Best wishes for your future
