B.Sc. Textile Design or Bachelor of Science in Textile Design is an undergraduate Fashion and Interior Designing course. Textile Design covers the study of the concepts and processes of creating designs for knitted, woven or printed fabrics, embroidery designs, print, weave, colour detailing, texture, etc using scientific principles and computer applications. The B.Sc. (Textile Design) degree course involves the study of technical aspects of production and the properties of fibres yarn and dyes. The course trains the student in all interconnectivity techniques related to Textile design integrated with computer application in the textile design process. B.Sc. (Textile Design) degree course also covers the study of some of the specialized fields in Textile Design such as Interiors (home furnishing) and Fabrics for garments and accessories. The course is three years duration and career orienting in nature.

Both are similar but only the difference is syllabus and it is the basic things in you will get easily .Apart from that both the courses are undergraduate with minimum 3 years course you will go through any of one as per your interest.

Actual those three branches of bachelor of designing have three different prospects. Among them fashion design is one of the most sought after courses. If if you are talking about placement then you should know that placements are limited for the NIFT for accessory designing. Fashion design has the best placement and very good scope also. Now it is completely depend upon your choice and interest. Because you just have to grow up your skills and become a master.
