With the score you have mentioned above, it is really difficult for you to get an admission in MBBS or BDS colleges. You can get admission in Bsc Nursing. However, you can either try to score more next year or you can also try to get admission in BPT or BHMS or BAMS through management quota since you are not qualified for government seat. If you want admission in  government or semi government college then you have to opt for Bsc Nursing because you are not qualified for other courses. You can also go for B.Pharm.

A rank within 50k is necessary for getting admission via AIQ. For 250 marks chances of getting admission for mbbs, bds is very low. An sc candidate should score 500+ minimum to get government mbbs college and 300+ minimum for bds college.
