what will be the cost of management quota fees in private bds college if I score around 200 in neet?
Hey aspirant
Chances of getting bds with above mark is very low. If you come from general category you need to score minimum 550+ for getting government seat for bds. When we come to private also you need to score mininum 350+ to get a seat. Whatever the fee for management seat in private vary from state. Usually the fee range from 2-3 lpa. You will get admission in deemed colleges. But that will cost more than private institute.
I am getting 460 marks in NEET-UG 2022. What college can I get BDS in both ALL INDIA QUOTA and STATE QUOTA ? Domicile state : Rajasthan , Category : EWS please if possible suggest in both the above mentioned quotas . Thankyou !!
Hello Vyom,
Scoring 460 marks our of 720 in NEET unfortunately don't make you eligible for BDS either from All India Quota (15%) Counselling or from State Quota (85%) Counselling.
You can apply for best Top Private BDS Colleges given here :-
- Mansarovar Dental College, Bhopal
- Guru Nanak Institute of Dental Science and Research, Kolkata
- KIMS Karad - Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences
- DY Patil University School of Dentistry, Navi Mumbai

Better suggestion for you is that you should take a Year drop and strongly start preparing for NEET 2023 and achieve your dream medical college and that too MBBS. You should always keep yourself motivated and should do your best to achieve any goal. If you take a drop and study harder, chances to get government medical college (MBBS) increases.

sir what are the choices that i have after scoring 448 in neet ug 2022 except mbbs bds and ayurveda ? m a general category and i want to know abt the govt medical colleges too regarding the choices and how fair a chance do i deserve in top colleges of the choices
Hi,
Your score of 448 in neet 2022 is least likely to get you a government seat in either mbbs, bds, or bams unless you belong to st or sc category. It is so because the competition is very high as the ratio of seat number to no. of students is very low.
Other than these three courses, you can opt for other medicine related courses such as-
- b.h.m.s
- b.u.m.s
- bsc nursing
- BPT.
- Bsc optometry
- Bsc audiology
- Bsc radiology
If you are flexible enough to divert from medical background, you can go for BSc agriculture or B. Sc Biotechnology.

hlo sir I appeared this year for neet 2022 but unfortunately I scored only 570 marks . so I wanna know that will I be able to pursue BDS with government college if yes then please suggest me some best government colleges for bds in northern India. I am resident of UP and belongs from OBC community
Congratulations!!! You have scored good. At a score of 570, however you have lesss chances of admission to government medical colleges of your state.
You can expect your rank to be around 37k-38k as it was in NEET 2021. However this may change for NEET 2022 as it depends on various factors like the cut off, highest score, total number of candidates etc. More or less it'll remain the same.

Now moving on to the closing ranks of all the dental colleges in UP state for OBC category.
Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Dental College and Hospital,ALIGARH - 22772
IMS BHU - 22551
King George's Medical University, Lucknow - 2225
As you can see it us quite difficult for you to fetch a seat in the government dentak colleges if your state
You can however opt for admission to private dental colleges of your state under the deemed/paid seats quota.
Hope this helps
All the best:)
even after dropping for 5 years I am unable to get mbbs govt seat. shall I go for bds?
Hello Nikhila
BDS isn't a bad degree, you're still in the medical field, and it is easier than MBBS in comparison.
Now ask yourself if you would still be eligible to enrol in an MBBS programme after dropping out. What if you are required to enrol in BDS again after being denied admission once more? Another year wasted, sadly.
