The rank needed to get admission in YMCA in Btech through the Lateral Entry in Haryana state depends on which branch you would want to join in. Given below are the list of expected cut off for General category. Since you belong to SC category you would have less difficulty in obtaining admission in desired branch:
- Computer Science Engineering 22000-25000
- Electronics and Communication Engineering 30000-35000
- Electronics and Instrumentation 35000-40000
- Mechanical upto 30000

DU does not explicitly offer B.Tech like other technical institutes in the country. DU has B.Sc program in streams of B.Tech like computer science, applied mathematics, electrical, etc. Often people confuse these courses with B.Tech but they are actually B.Sc and are 3-year programs, unlike B.Tech which is a 4-year program.
Now, to the admission part, unfortunately, you won't be able to get into these courses as the cutoff almost closed at 92% approximately. Hence you won't be able to get these courses at B.Sc.

I got 61.8%(p.c.m.b.e) in 10+2 class except physical edu.(87) and sc catagory. Mujhe bsc meh admission mil saktha h du k college meh??????
Yes, you might, however it seems very unlikely in the first 5 cutoffs.
After which, it depends on whether the institute has any seats left for these particular courses.
So, your score is just a little lower than what cutoffs for the given courses have gone last year. For instance, Zoology stopped at 69.00 acc to last year.
However, there are two courses where you should be getting admission by the 4th-5th under SC category. They are Physical Science with Computer/Chemistry. Last year, a number of colleges went to around 57.00 as the last cutoff so you might have a good chance. Do check the course out.
