I want to become kv history pgt teacher I want to do post graduation in history I havent done my bed yet and I did my graduation in science am I eligible for kv pgt teacher without Bed
Hello,
BEd is absolutely necessary if you want to teach in KVS or any other similar reputed government schools, nowadays in fact many private schools too ask for BEd, it's believed that trained teachers can impart knowledge in more better manner, the reason being they go through the entire syllabus of BEd programme, and there is lot of learning involved along with practical applications also, when it comes to eligibility for PGT History in KVS, then candidates with MA in History from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate along with teaching experience in English and Hindi Medium are eligible to apply, however you need to check out the eligibility criteria prior to applying as I told you before that certain universities do emphasize on having studied History at ug level, you can also consider going for distance mode regarding this.
I have done graduation in science want to do post graduation in history and bed in arts am I eligible or not
Hello,
Admission to BEd is done based on graduation or post graduation, hence if you're a science graduate then you can pursue pg in history and then later on go for BEd based on your pg degree, the eligibility criteria for BEd is passed bachelor's or master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate or above depending upon the norms of the colleges, there are universities such as DU, BHU, RIEs etc which conduct admission through entrance test, and in other cases it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination, with MA History you can go for BEd in Social Science which has history, explore more detailed information about BEd at https://www.careers360.com/courses/b-ed-bachelor-of-education
coming to your query about MA in History, see the eligibility criteria regarding this isn't same for all, what I mean is for example in BHU candidates are required to have studies history at ug level in order to seek admission in MA History, and then there is JNU which offers MA Ancient History and there is no such restrictions in this regard, so you have to go through the eligibility criteria of the concerned universities prior to applying, also there are options in distance mode which generally speaking won't ask for having studied the specific subject at ug level, explore more details about MA History at https://www.careers360.com/courses/ma-in-history
Check out the entire list of MA History colleges at https://university.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-ma-in-history-universities-in-india
I Have done graduation in science I want to do bed in arts am I eligible to do bed in arts I also want to do post graduation in arts
Hello,
Generally speaking the eligibility criteria for BEd is passed bachelor or master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate or above depending upon the norms of the colleges, admission process may be based on the merit of the qualifying or it can be done through entrance tests such as CEE conducted by NCERT, BHU UET, DU BEd , CUCET etc, now coming to your question as BEd can be done based on master's degree also, hence you may consider opting for post graduation in the concerned subject, however you haven't mentioned you want to do MA in which specific subject, see generally there may not be restrictions in terms of having studied the specific subject, for instance you want to do MA in English, there may be certain universities asking for having studied English at ug level, but then there are some which don't, so prior to applying you have to check out the eligibility criteria and accordingly proceed for the same.

I want to Join B.Ed. Did you start the BEd admission
Hey!
Bachelors of Education is a two-year degree that prepares you to work as a teacher at the primary, secondary, or senior secondary levels in a school. To be considered literate in the Indian education system, a person must have completed at least class 10 of schooling.
The B.Ed degree, on the other hand, is earned after completing a bachelor's degree, but it is not considered a postgraduate degree. B.Ed is an undergraduate degree in education, and individuals who intend to pursue a master's degree in the field must seek M.Ed, or Masters in Education.
Bachelors of Education qualifying requirements will vary based on the institute to which you apply. The following are the main aspects of B. Ed. eligibility:
Educational Requirements: The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any field, including science, commerce, humanities, journalism, and so on.
Minimum Score: According to recent trends, those interested in pursuing a B.Ed degree should have a bachelor's degree with a score of at least 50% - 60% or an equivalent grade.
Age: There are no upper or lower age restrictions for candidates seeking a B.Ed degree.
Top B.Ed degree Universities in India list can be viewed by you by using the list provided below. You can even view the admission procedure, course fees, etc. by downloading their brochures.
