After reading your question clearly, i have understood that you have some back papers for which results are not out. I am sure that the late release of the results won't affect your interview at BARC. You can always tell them that the results are not out yet. During interviews mostly they are not considered.

To be able to get Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology (IT) in Bihar, let's assume in NIT Patna, the rank that you have mentioned above will surely not going to be sufficient or suffice for the admission.
