The cutoff for these courses are as listed below:

BAMS and BDS have somewhat similar cutoff as nowadays students take admission to these courses .

BDS - 450+ for Govt Colleges and 400+ for Private Colleges

BAMS - 440+ for Government colleges 400+ for Semi Government and 350+ for Private

BHMS - 300+ should suffice because there are only private colleges.

As per government rule  a homoeopathic doctor with BHMS degree cannot do operation  wheraes the MBBS holder  doctor also cannot do surgery.

The doctor who can do operation  are the only with a postgraduate degree specialised in MS can perform surgery.

The marks required is generally based on the college. Different colleges have different cut off. For admission in bams bhms you need to appear in neet exam. Based on your score in neet exam you will get chance for admission. Here I am sharing a link and get idea about cut off.

The govt. College cut off is around 500 score for general and for sc it is approx 400 score.
