Gen- 539 marks and Air 53805

EWS- 536 Mark's and Air 55810

OBC- 538 marks and Air 54944

SC- 421 marks and Air 166044

ST- 408 marks and Air 181946

Your Mark's range should 530-550 range to get bams in all india counseling and 10-20 less than this for state quota counseling to get govt BAMS college.

For BHMS 470-480 marks is safest in all india Ayush counseling while 450+ marks in state quota counseling.  Above marks range are for Gen category

However according to previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC category required minimum 340-360 marks to get admission in government college for BHMS. With the score you mentioned above there are possibilities that you can get admission in government college for BHMS. You should apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state since state counselling has announced that 85% seats will be reserved for state quota, this can increase chances of your admission.
