how can I get admission in bihar agriculture university, sabour by icar 2021-22

Answer laterplease explain me. college name-BPS Agriculture college, purnea(Bihar). if Affiliated university / Statuary body of this college is ICAR and Approving statuary body/ Affiliated to - is BIHAR AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY, then what does this mean? can I take admission in this college through bcece exam?

BPS Agricultural College is affilated to ICAR means that the college has a formal collaborative agreement with ICAR, and ICAR has some level of control or influence over its academic policies, standards or programs. In short, the course provided in BPS college are approved by ICAR.
Similarly, the approval affiliating college is BHU, i.e BPS Agricultural College, Purnea is a constituent of BHU Bhagalpur. All the courses in this college are provided according to the curriculum provided by BHU.

For admission for BSc Agriculture at Bihar Agriculture University the application form is available and last date for filling the application form is extended till 5th August 2020 and the admit card will be released from 19 to 23 August and the exam will be conducted on 23 August 2020 but the counseling/admission and commencement of classes dates were not released yet.
