Hyy which course is better in future bsc microbiology vs biophysics vs molecular biology vs forensic science to become a scientist.
Hello,
All the courses are good in terms of research so now you have to make a choice regarding your interests. Though I would say that Molecular biology and Microbiology is a good choice because it will extend your horizon of knowledge and also these fields are dynamic. So you can get admission into colleges like IITs and IISc so that you get a good research environment where you will do research and pursue your dream. Though the choice is yours. All the best to you.

does biophysics need math in 10+2???
Yes. In order to pursue biophysics course, you need to have mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects in class 12th. The eligibility criteria for the course states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with maths as a compulsory subject from a recognised Board of education.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
Tell me how to make career in biophysics after class 12th and what is job apportunity in biophysics field and tell me the top universities of biophysics
After class 12th you can take admission in BSc biophysics course in the College of your choice. The eligibility criteria states that the Candidate must have passed class 12th with PCB subject combinations from a recognised Board of education. After BSc, you can go for MSc in biophysics and then PhD in biophysics.
The job opportunities are available in fields such as forensics, medical center, research institutes, private and government sectors. You can become a researcher, nutritional biophysicist, clinical biophysicist, medical biophysicist, scientist, applied biophysicist, forensic biophysicist etc.,
Some of the Colleges across India offering the course are-
* University of Calicut, Kerala
* Sripat Singh College, West Bengal
* IMTS, Uttar Pradesh
* GBPU, Uttarakhand
* Jamia Millia Islamia
Etc.,
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
Hlo.. Im studying in class11th PCM and tell me about career , course,and college for biophysics. Im interested in physics as well as bio also less in maths. So tell me about biophysics and I want to become a biophysist or Astronomy scientist what should I choose in class11th PCM and PCB
Hello there,
So as you said that you are interested in biophysics and astronomy,u definitely should opt for PCMB in the +2 level as firstly, biophysics is a domain in which one has to apply concepts of physics in the biological world. Also, astronomy requires the knowledge of mathematics.
And as for Scopes after 12th in your interested domain companies like
- Abbott laboratories
- Baxter
- Bristol-myers squibb,
- Jhonson and jhonson
These companies hire the aspiring students as biophysicists, associate engineer, researchers etc.
Biology me kis research ke liye kiska scope better h future ke liye for ex :- biophysics, microbiology, astronomy, astrophysics, astrobiology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering,etc..plzz tell me which scope is better for me in future in India..??
hi,
see astrophysics and astronomy dont fall in biology stream, this are for physics stream. however some subjects like biophysics, microbiology, astro biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering has wide scope in research field. but you need to also check the institution for infrastructure, lab facility, faculty before joining for phd courses.
Im PCM student and can I apply for biophysics, microbiology, astrobiology..?and can I apply for AIIMS ..plzzz tell me
Hello there!
Greetings!
I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot apply for microbiology etc as it is compulsory to have biology in 10+2 to pursue these courses. Also you cannot apply for aiims mbbs as it has been scrapped off and has been merged with neet but even for neet it's compulsory to have biology or Biotechnology in your 10+2 to be eligible.
Thankyou
