what are the steps to become a doctor for a biomedical engineer??
There are a very few colleges that offer bio medical engineering directly for undergraduation. It would be advisable to do B.Tech in Bio Technology and then do M.Tech in Bio Medicine. If you score a good gpa (8 or more) in B.Tech, some colleges let you do PhD directly (without masters).

it depends completely on the degree you are looking to pursue.
You cannot do an engineering degree as for all engineering degrees you require mathematics as a compulsory subject
But you can opt for A b.SC and many other degrees are available to be chosen from.
