As per the information available in the official handbook of Osmania University the admission to all B.E courses is based on the marks score in common entrance test conducted by state government of Telangana. Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts TS EAMCET every year for admission to B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharm, Agriculture etc. To get admission to B.E Bio Medical Engineering in Osmania University you need to appear for TS EAMCET and qualify in it. In 2020 a candidate with TS EAMCET rank 32257 belonging to SC category secured seat in B.E Bio Medical Engineering. So you need to secure a rank below 32000 to have decent chances of getting seat in the preferred University.
